Global Academys as a virtual university on a classic Arizona campus — red-brick buildings around a green courtyard mall, the Administration Building with its clock tower at the head of the mall, and a building for every one of the 17 modules. The full campus tour is free — no payment, no enrollment. Drag to look around, then click a building and walk in: your instructor meets you inside with that module’s lessons, hours and objectives.

Our approach
Train the skill. Practice the standard.
Students build knowledge and technique together, with practical work documented and reviewed by the instructor before hours are approved.
Global Academys of Barbers and Beauty prepares students for professional barbering through clear instruction, hands-on repetition, client care, infection control and career readiness.
Instructional videos support the course, but watching a video alone does not count as practical work. Practical hours require the student to perform the skill and submit evidence for instructor review or complete the work under instructor supervision.
“Healthy barbers, healthy barbershops, and healthy communities.”
Every module combines assigned theory and practical training. The hour plan below totals 240 theory hours and 960 practical hours.

Complete Barber Program — $5,000
All 17 modules together. Bought one by one at $349 each, the same 17 modules total $5,933 — the complete program is the deal. Enrolled students’ hours count toward the Arizona license; public single-module purchases are learning access only.
These hours describe the school’s program plan. Practical credit is awarded only after instructor review and approval; this site does not itself certify attendance or hours.
Pricing · Two ways to buy
Buy a module. Or buy the whole program.
Same teaching, two doors in. Learn one module at a time as a member of the public, or enroll in the complete program and put every hour toward your Arizona license. The complete program is priced to be the better deal — and anything you pay for single modules credits toward it if you enroll later.

If you buy modules or units as a member of the public and later enroll, what you already paid credits toward your complete-program price. Buy Module 1 today for $349, enroll later, and that $349 comes off your $5,000 Barber Program tuition. The same credit applies to instructor units toward the $4,192.50 Instructor Course. Nothing you learned — and nothing you paid — is wasted.
To buy a single module, use the secure Stripe checkout button in that module’s unlock panel in the Study Center — instructor units check out the same way in the Instructor Course section. To enroll, call or text 520-982-2889 or email dunbarbarber@gmail.com. Online enrollment and tuition payment is open now through the school’s secure Stripe payment link — use the “Pay Enrollment / Tuition Online” button on the Enroll card. Learning objectives Free
Name the roles of a master educator — motivator, coach, mentor, disciplinarian and nurturer (Master Educator, p. 5)
Explain how each of those roles shows up in the classroom and on the clinic floor
Describe the professional standard this course expects of an instructor-in-training from day one
Intro — the roles of a master educator. A master educator is more than a skilled barber standing at the front of a room. In the course text (Master Educator, p. 5), the educator works in five roles: a motivator who keeps students moving toward the standard, a coach who corrects technique in the moment, a mentor who models the professional the student is becoming, a disciplinarian who holds the line on safety and conduct, and a nurturer who builds the confidence real learning takes. Unit 1 opens the course by setting those roles — and the standard behind them — before any teaching method is introduced.
The rest of Unit 1, and Units 2–10, open with a $449 per-unit unlock, or all at once with the complete Instructor Course at $4,192.50. A public unit purchase is learning access only — it does not count toward instructor licensure hours, which require enrollment and supervised practical teaching. What you pay for units credits toward the $4,192.50 if you enroll.
